I got my latest SLS distribution just a bit after yours, in early January. My
kermit works fine in an xterm. Do you have a .kermrc file? Perhaps it's
something odd about your app-defaults/XTerm file?

Send me copies of those files. I presume you are using kermit as supplied
in SLS. I also assume it works fine when not running X? Odd.
