I have dealt with Linux Systems Labs from the supply side
(they've recently started selling LGX). They pay their bills quickly
and they seem to be off to a quick start in their sales of the LGX
beta release, so I'm quite happy with them. I don't know what it's
like to be one of their customers, but they have 24 hour phone
coverage, which suggests that they've given a fair amount of thought
to convenience.
