I have never noticed this problem. I think that I use 1200 baud, if
thats any help. If you move your mouse before the program kicks in,
then Linux will buffer up some info from microsoft mode, which would
confuse X11. Also, if yopu switch to text mode and back, the program
has to be re-run before you move the mouse. (Try hot-wiring one of
your otherwise useless keys like print-screen to the program. It can
be done in .twmrc)
