Without starting any wars about whose server is better and whatever, I hope
to maybe answer some of the statements above.

First, our server is *Not* XFree86! The lower level code is completely
different from XFree86 and X386. The only similarities exist in the
generic code written by MIT. Some of our older servers used some code
from X386 and we *do* acknowledge this is our documentation. I am not
sure what line in the output you are talking about from xdpyinfo but you are
definetly mistaken about us 'packaging' Xfree86 and selling it.

As to the speedups, The Xfree86 group has done more work on the SVGA side
than us (we have concentrated on the accelerated cards) so you may be
right about the faster server. Our 2.2 release however does run a lot
faster than our older servers.
