Subject: Anyone got HP widget set working?

Subject says it all, I downloaded the Xw.tar file the other day, and built
makefiles, and then set the compilation off, but it seems to fail on the first
file for the Xw library with a load of errors, I'm not sure whether it's due
to gcc, or the code. If someone has got the HP widget set working, can you
get in touch and let me know how please?
