Hi everyone!
Actually, this trouble started somwhere around 0.99-p7. After I have
been working under X for a while, my mouse starts becoming stubborn,
won't really move until it totally stops. I.e., the buttons still
work, just the thing won't move anymore.
I first thought it's a hardware problem. By now I tried another mouse
(Genius, i.e. Mouse Systems), I put in another serial card. No change.
Normally even a reboot doesn't help. Takes several boots,
power-cycling, and a lot of cursing to get thing back. This is a mess!
I use the same kernel image on another machine, on which I have no
problems (there I#m using the vga2 driver and not the vga256, might
that make the difference??).
I don't know what to do anymore. Maybe someone out there has a clue.
I'll be happy about anything which helps me getting back to do some
work (crazy, I know).
