Sounds like the OI* toolkit, which implements both OPEN LOOK and Motif
in C++. Based on line counts published by OSF a while ago, our
toolkit is smaller. It looks like your assertion is at least
partially correct, although 30% is a little high. C++ allows us to
easily integrate user written objects into our user interface builder
(Object Builder).
