What makes you think this ? Are you sure the printer works otherwise ?
Maybe the cable is faulty (there is a /PO line on a centronics IF) or perhaps
no paper in the printer ( ;-) - sorry, couldn't resist)

Which new features will that dvieps have compared to dvieps from beebe-2.0 ?
I'm running that one with my FX-85 and haven't encountered any probs so far.
