Hello Linux people--

  I've been trying to install Xfree86 and so far everyting is going
alright. But ack!-- I have a video problem. I am booting the mono
server. I have a TVGA9000 with 256K and a KFC monitor, 486DX/50 with
16meg RAM. The symptom: I do a startx. The console goes into graphics
mode, but with alternating vertical lines of X stuff and blank white
space. Any help would be most appreciated....
