Ideologues are by definition more mouth than brain --- and GPL'ed software
attracts a LOT of them, mainly because they can't quite get it through their
thick skulls what the GPL really means. They're also real loudmouths, so
you'll ALWAYS hear more from them than from anyone else; especially in this
case, because the folks who aren't really interested in (landline) BBSes for
Linux generally aren't bothering to say anything on the issue UNLESS they're
loudmouth idiot ideologues.
Ignore them and proceed.
