Yes, I had the same thing happen this afternoon. I was going to
gather more info before posting, but looks like I am impatient. :-)
In my case, it happened while I was sitting in front of the machine.
I was the only person logged on and had just been fiddling with su.
I turned away from the terminal for approx. 2 minutes and when I next
hit ENTER the system was dead.
Anyone else suffering from this?
