Oh yes it is. Say your card can do 80 Mhz bandwith, but
your monitor only does 60Mhz, and you program your
Xconfig to 80 Mhz? Or same with horizontal freq - start
syncing your monitor at 50kHz when your monitor is fixed
freq 31.5kHz ?
I just do not know which of the above is worst.
