At the end of each entry in /etc/passwd you'll find the program that
is executed after the login procedure. Usually it's /bin/sh, change
it to /usr/X386/bin/startx to run X immediately after loggin in.

If you want a X login instead of the text login after booting append the line
        xdm -nodaemon < /dev/console
to your /etc/rc.local
