Linux comes with _FULL_ source including Makefiles and a .configure file
in /usr/src/linux.
Read the Makefile at about line 60 or just do a
grep -n SVGA /usr/src/linux/Makefile.
But perhaps you US-americans are spoiled because SLS comes with
the keyboard already set to -DKDB_US.
We poor :-) europeans either know by heart on what keys those d****d
#+*\{}[]/ on an US-keyboard are located or the first thing we do is seeking
where the h**l one can change it.
