Actually, if it was a multi-user system, and I managaed to screw up the
shared libraries while everyone was running, I would go ahead and reboot.
Just to make sure everything was running correctly again. Since stuff like
this should generally only be done "after" hours, rebooting shouldn't be
a problem for most sites.
