System is : VESA 486DX33 16MB & 0.99pl9 as SLS 1.02 (so gcc is 2.3.3)

I get the following error using the prefresh() routine in ncurses.

/usr/lib/libncurses.a(lib_pad.o): Undefined symbol _makewin referenced from text segment

Sorry, this is off the top of my head. You know the picture; hacker at work,
machine at home, hacker too stupid to remember floppy with error logs on it,
machine still at home, hacker too lazy to get uucp working, etc. etc. :-)

O yeah, prefresh() is not in ncurses.h but I copied the declaration for
pnoutrefresh() which has (I think) the same functionality.
