Subject: 2 pretty simple questions..

I just recently installed the SLS package of linux and am having a ball. I do, however, have a couple of quick questions.

1) I have the oppertunity to dial into a box running the ka9 ppp software and would like to know
if anyone has compiled the necessary binaries for the linux side?

2) Are there any FAQ's or README's to explain how to set up lpr, printcap, etc... I have looked for
such things but can't find them. As this is my first time installing ANY kind of Unix I need
all the hand holding I can get.

3) What is the way to boot linux single user ?

        Thanks for the help,
        -dave rensin

ps: please foward all responses to rensin@eng.umd.edu as I do not subscribe to this group reguraly.
