JANA posted a response a while back to counter all the disgruntled feelings
and conversations that were taking place among those that have tried repeatedly
to contact them, but never received responses.
Well, I'm sorry to say this, but...
Again, I have sent email to them several times to find out if my billing
error has been corrected, and again I never get a response from them. This
was after getting a letter from them a few weeks earlier stating that I
could call or email them anytime with concerns. No call backs, no email, no
letters -- nothing (again). A black hole.
I'm trying to be understanding -- but this is getting VERY ridiculous. I'm
posting this to let others know, and perhaps to get them to respond to me.
