Subject: [Q] Error messages at bootup
Date: 28 Jun 1993 15:53:24 GMT

Whenever I recompile my kernel (I've tried both pl9-1 and pl10) after
restarting the system I always get the same errors regarding sockets.
I'm sorry I can reproduce them but the go somehting like this and occur
after /etc/rc.net is read:
socket: Invalid argument
xxxxupd_create: could not create socket: Inavlid argument

I didn't get these errors when I used the SLS a1.5 bootdisk, only after
recompiling the kernel did I get them. Are they normal since I am not
using tcp/ip stuff or net-2? (I'm a standalone). I would like to know how
to get rid of these. (I hate error messages!)
Any information would be appreciated!
