No.

Apparently they cleaned up the ET4000 AX stuff in XFree 1.3 and this
"cleaning" solved the ET4000/W32 problems.
However is does *not* use any accelerater features of the W32.

I've been happy. As far as the flickering with dos/windoze, when ever
the card resets (ie: soft/hard boot) it defaults back to a 43.5 Hz
refresh rate at 1024x768. It is a simple matter to use a configuration
program to set it so that it does 70 Hz refresh at that resolution.
IMHO I think that 70Hz maybe a little slow to guarantee *NO* flicker,
but then it's a VESA standard. *sigh*
When running at 800x600, it can operate at 72Hz which TSENG
call 'flicker free'. It appears rock solid and sharp.
Finally the W32 I use is on a genuine TSENG card (Mega Eva/32).
