I also answer FAQs (and tests and other bogosities) by email, and I'm
not particularly polite about it.
Anybody that has read col must have come across my daily posting
asking them not to post FAQs and telling them where to find the
answers. If they don't read a group before posting to it they deserve
all the flames they get.
Imagine what would happen if you walked into a conversation and
immediately opened your mouth without listening first ? At best you'd
be ignored; you might well be told to fuck off. Now I don't spew
abuse at those who post FAQs and test postings, but I do send them
email telling them clearly that it's not acceptable.
