Hello Linuxers,

sorry if this is in the FAQ, but I did not find any FAQ in c.o.l or c.o.l.a.
I'm looking forward to buy a VLB board and a VLB graphics card. So, could
anybody tell me what cards/boards are best? Can I run X with these graphic-
adapters? I'm using X with a trident for now .. and it's slooooooow.
Second, the kernel. Should I go for pl10? Or wait until pl11 is released?
There seem to be many problems with pl10...
And: I know, there should be SLIP code in it (?). Is SLIP now available, or
are these still ALPHA-0.0001-pl0 code files?
And where is SLS? Is there alreadz an SLS with pl10 or such in it, I don't want
to install the net2 stuff by hand ...
Sorry for all the questions, but there was no doc .. and the linux channel on
IRC seems just to be a recreational corner for frustrated linuxer (means it's
ABSOLUTELY silent there, even with 15 users on the channel ...)

cu then!

Philippe
