  My ET4000/W32 does 1280x1024x[16/256] at 48, 60 and 72 Hz. The card has 2Mb
of RAM and has an extra two bits for each of the read and write segment select
registers. The original register is the same, but the four extra bits are in
another. BTW - Who do I send this information to so it can be incorporated
in the video routines? Or does linux use some other method of memory address?

  Oh yeah, the card is accellerated, 32bit internal buses, multi port memory
controller, etc, so it's not cheap. I paid $430 here in Australia. Your
mileage may vary.
