I got GhostScript 2.6.1 from prep.ai.mit.edu and compilied it with some
LITTLE problems (changed the *.bat files to shellscripts: gssetmod.bat ...,
make install doesn't work properly).
But the result was, that gs works fine in all colors without dithering, and
it has a lot of devices. Compiler was gcc version 2.3.3
