Thats easy to answer. There is no support for acct() in the standard kernel.
For 0.99.8 and 0.99.9 I did some patches (on sunacm.swan.ac.uk) and ported
the BSD lastcomm and accton commands. I'm not planning on doing a set for
0.99.10. I sent the 0.99.9 ones to Linus and I don't think they were included
in 0.99.10. Anyway I no longer have time to maintain them - volunteers to
take over welcome.
