Hey there,
i have a nice problem with Linux 99pl9.
When I install linux (SLS 1.01) everything works fine. I can create users, log
in with their accounts and so on. But after some time, it takes more than
one reboot, i can only log in with the users with uid 0(root) and 405 (doesn't
matter which name). All other names/ids bring a '/bin/bash: permission denied'
or something like that (I am at work currently and haven't written it down).
This effect disappeared logically, when reinstalling the system (i need the
other accounts), only to reappear about a day later. Deleting utmp and wtmp
brought no result. Even replacing the complete /etc directory with that of
a working machine didn't change a thing. /bin/bash has access rights rwxrwxrwx,
so that's no problem.
Anyone there to help me?
