Subject: 2 SCSI Adapters - wait_queue is bad - Help Needed
Date: 10 Jun 1993 07:27:17 -0700

Hi All,

I'm having troubles getting 2 SCSI H/A working under 0.99.10.
Here is my configuration:

        Micronics 486/DX2-66 VLB
        ATI mach32 VLB
        20 MB RAM
        3c503 0x300 IRQ:5
        Microsoft Serial Mouse

        Adaptec 1542b scsi0 330 IRQ:11 DMA:5
                BIOS enabled

                HP97548 sd0 (sda)
                HP97548 sd1 (sab)
                TDC-3600 st0

        Ultrastor 34f VLB scsi1 340 IRQ:14 DMA0 C8000
                BIOS enabled (only way I could get it to work)

                Seagate ST42400N sd2 (sdc)
                CDC 9460 sd3 (sdd)
                CDC 9460 sd4 (sde)
                EXB-8500 st1
                WangDat 1300 st2

**ERROR**

        wait_queue is bad (eip - 01000001)
                q = 01152674
                *q = 01159ecc
                tmp = 01159ecc

Then the system hangs and requires a reboot. This happens when I
try to e2fsck the 2 GB sd2 partition. If I mount the partiton, the system
will hang if I attempt to access a file. (I'm using v2 of e2fsck, I'll
try the new v3 tonight)

The 2 GB sd2 has an old version of liniux on it, (with lilo and msdos
installed) should this version of lilo be removed?

Any ideas out there?
