I have an Ahead video card. It supports SVGA and has 1mb on board RAM.
it apparently has a proprietary chip called the V-5000B.

I'm having much trouble running X in color vga as well as mono at decent
resolutions. Can anyone help?

My monitor is the Relisys Re-1520 Multican 1024x768.

I would really appreciate any help, especially an Xconfig file
set up for 1024x768 256 color VGA.
