While I agree that the QIC-02 patches should be in (though configurable, of
course), I can also confirm that the patches for 99pl8 can be patched into
99pl10ALPHA. Just look where the rejects happen - it's really nothing
serious, you may easily edit them in by hand. I did so, and ittook much less
than 10 minutes!
