Was wanting to hear from anyone running Linux on a recent Micron Vl-bus system,
needing reassurance of compatibility...(this is to be my Linux machine.)
Please tell me how it's going. How do you like your system/the company?
Also--planning on buying the Maxtor SCSI-II 540 meg drive (sometimes listed
as 535). I believe the # is MX540AL/SL... Does anyone know anything about
this drive? Speed, reliability, etc? It spins at 6300 RPM..this would seem
to make it fast, but will it break?
