AMEN! to that. I would highly resent being forced to compress my file
systems. It would make think that I was somehow being forced into using
one of the proprietary, lock-you-in OS's that I'm trying to avoid. How
can *ANYONE* dare to presume that I should run a setup *they* like.

HEY!!!! COMPRESSION FREAKS!!!! If you want it, use it, but *DON'T* try to
force it on me! I keep my filesytems like Mark does; I would have little
to gain. Even stupid, braindead, DOG 6.0 lets you choose, right?
