FYI !
The Adaptec 1742A EISA SCSI Controller works great with Linux!
I use my home system everyday and it runs 24 hrs a day 7 days a
week with NO PROBLEMS.
If I can help anyone with the config for this controller, please
email me!
BTW you must run the controller in enhanced mode! which is the only
way to get max. performance from the card!
