Well, to tell you the truth, I am not familier with multiport boards at all.
I suggest you post something to comp.os.linux, someone should be able to help
you.

One thing comes to mind though...
Did you change anything in your /etc/inittab? Eventhough you've changed the
interrupts, if you didn't change the devices, it won't work. The devices
/dev/ttyS0 - /dev/ttyS3 correspond to COM1 - COM4. For a multiport board,
the devices should be /dev/ttyS16 - /dev/ttyS19 I believe. If you don't have
those devices, you'll have to create them with the mknod command.

You'll also have to recompile the kernel to support your serial board. I'm not
real sure on the device numbers either.

Like I say, your best bet is probably to post something.

I'd really appreaciate you telling me what the solutions are when you get it
working thougn. I'd like to include a lot more multiport information in the
serial FAQ.
