Well who? I don't mean telling you about a problem THEY have known about
for 6 weeks and sending you a on the shelf fix. I mean a new, nasty evil
never reported before bug. BTW, I have had it twice, and both where 'class
1' problems, bring the whole system, and the data to trash. The main reason
for the next day servise was the time difference between here and the US.
We find bugs tomorrow you see...
