Subject: Comm Program (Zmodem?)
Date: Mon, 12 Jul 1993 04:57:40 GMT

After using Linux for a couple of weeks I have been completely
satisfied with everything except the comm program (Minix Kermit).
I was wondering if anyone could suggest a good Linux-compatible
comm package which includes the zmodem transfer protocol,
and a built-in monitoring of transfer status (eg. bytes
received/averages bps, time remaining perhaps?) Once I get
that I can almost throw MSDOS out the window! ;)

It might help to mention that I am _not_ running X Windows
(but I'd _like_ to... anyone care to hold my hand and walk
me through it? *smile*)

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
