I've successfully gotten "elm" to work, for both incoming and outgoing
messages... I can even use "smail" to send outgoing mail, and use "mail"
to read incoming mail.

But what do I need to do to use the "mail" program to send outgoing mail?
Whether sending new mail or replying to an incoming message... I realize that
my /usr/lib/uucp/config file must be fixed up. I even know what my upstream
site is...
