It *is* - but please ask Linux-specific questions! Generic questions like
"how do I set up my newsfeed" are likely to give you (ahem) unexpected results.
comp.unix.questions (among others) are for generic unix questions. If you've
gone through them (and "Managing UUCP...") and still have questions, the
place to put them is first, the taylor uucp mailing list (look in the README
in the taylor uucp package for the address), THEN comp.os.linux.
