I'd say no on this one. Since the dx2/66 chips are what they call
"clock doubled", the chips speak to main memory at half the internal
processor speed. So you wouldn't need memory that's any faster than
you'd need with a 486dx/33. Now considering that I've owned 3
486dx/50s with 70ns ram, and never had a problem with ram speed, I'd
say that 70ns is plenty fast for a 486dx2/66.
