A week ago, I asked for drivers for ethernet modules to plug on the
parallel port.

Answer: Yes!
A driver for the D-Link DE-600 is included in NET-2 (i.e. in Linux 99pl10).
You can also find it an earlier release in:
tsx-11.mit.edu:/pub/linux/ALPHA/dlink/...

The driver is in the latest kernel 0.99p10, in the sls-package there where
patches for 0.99p8 and p9, but I do not know if they work...
The cable at you local computershop I suppose :-)
