I can verify these patches work, and the DOS graphics font works. The font
can be found in the same directory on sipb.mit.edu as the ansi_xterm, named
_vga.bdf_ I think. You have to use bdftopcf on the font file and put the
resulting .pcf font in /usr/X386/lib/X11/fonts/misc. Run mkfontdir to
update the fonts.dir file and you're set. Oh yeah - you can edit your XTerm
app-resource file to use _vga_ font instead of, say, the _huge_ font. Then
you can select the vga graphics font from xterm's font menu when you need
it.
