Shaun Savage recently sent me a boot disk with IN2000 support on it. I tried
installing it last night. No good. I received several errors which I have
not had a chance to check out yet. I will post them here in case anyone has
any ideas:

1) On Boot up:
The in2000 driver successfully found both my scsi hard drives
     (id 0 and 1). Next...

     in2000_abort
     in2000 Status 22 80 0
     in2000_abort
     in2000 Status 22 80 0
     in2000_abort
     in2000 Status 22 80 0
     in2000_abort
     in2000 Status 22 80 0
At this point it found my CD ROM (id 6)
     in2000 Status 4b 80 0
     in2000 Status 4b 80 0
     in2000 Status 4b 80 0
scsi: detected 2 scsi disks total
     in2000 Status 4b 80 0
     in2000 Status 4b 80 0

I do not know whether this bad or good at this point.

2) writing new Linux/minux primary partition:
calling BLKRR_PART ioctl() to re-reade partition table
scsi host 0 timed out - aborting command
     in2000_abort

At this point, I was hung. I had to execute a hard reset/reboot.
When I rebooted Linux, I found (supposedly) that the partition had been
written. At least, the print of partitions showed it
------->>>> Does this mean that the partition creation was complete or
could this be a false positive???

So, I went ahead and attempted to make the file system

It proceeded to make. The process continued for over 30 minutes
(excessive?) for a 200 MB partition
Finally, I received a timed out message and another in2000_abort.
At which point the system was hung.

That's about all.
