OK, Now I am geting a bit sick about few subscribers of my CD going on
the net bad mouthing on the net about my CD Publishing venture.
I have told several time that my E-Mail feed is a BBS and thay do not do a
goodjob. Infact today the board was down and when I loged on about 100
messages were missing. So if you do not get a reply for my E-Mail
WHY DONT YOU CALL ME, I HAVE A 800 NUMBER. Starting june 5th my E-Mail
address will be "jay@jana.com"
Also I have a staff who is ready to help you. It's very sad that few
people will go on the net saying bad thing about my company without
talking to me or geting the full story.
It's even frustrating to see that the subscribers who post on the net
can call me free of charge but thay don't and post information on the
net thats wrong.
I offer a very low cost option to get CD-ROMs to you, at present
there are over 1000 subscribers who trust me. If you don't like my service
you are more then well come to ask for a refund and you can go and
buy a subscription from some one else.
I work very hard to get Linux to user who do not have access to internet.
Also I do not make much money at about 10 dollers a CD. I get 100's of E-Mails
and letters thanking me for my service to the Linux community, but
when some one post messages without knowing the whole story its makes you
so sad that you feel like crying.
