Look in /usr/lib/uucp. You need to edit Devices, write a Dialers file, and
add to the Systems file. The Nutshell book, Managing Usenet, is almost
mandatory for this. You also need to edit files in /usr/local/lib/smail;
there should be sample files there. Look in /usr/spool/uucp/_systemyoucall_
for files posted by uucp, elm, and in /usr/spool/uucp/.Log to see what is
happening. Post your Dialer, Device files and modem type if more help is
needed.
