Subject: SCHEME->C or whereis USRSTACK in Linux memory?
Date: 29 Jan 1993 01:32:44 GMT

Hello,

I am trying to port SCHEME->C to Linux.
The point I am stuck right now is that normally, SYSV machines and suns
have USRSTACK defined in <machine/vmparams.h> or somewhere near...
I cannot find where the STACK base (or top) is for Linux, nor any
info that will lead me there...
Can some kind soul tell me where this exists or what it should be ?

Even better, if somebody already ported this beast to Linux
(SCHEME->C) email me !

If someone from robots.ox.ac.uk is reading this (John ???)
since robots.ox.ac.uk has got some scheme code in their site
maybe you have done something like this for linux ?

Please email me at :

aisk@castle.ed.ac.uk

Thanks in advance ..
Sot
