I thought PPP was in the latest one, have to check my sources. Anyway, the
latest one (921229.tar.Z) has been ported to Linux.
No "real" NOS versions run under Linux. Yet. (I'm working on it, but it is
NOT a simple job to port it from DOS: NOS hits the hardware in just about
every way a program can do so.)

I think everyone who comes up with a NOS modification gratuitously rewrites
stuff. :-) I tried to move stuff between JNOS and WAMPES with no success
whatsoever. If I had the disk space under DOS at the moment I might try it
with PA0GRI/KB7YW and either of the others just to see what would happen.
