Subject: Where does lptune lurk?

The file linux/include/linux/lp.h mentions a program `lptune', that
can be used to tune your printer specs, w/o having to recompile the
kernel.

I searched through tsx-11 & sunsite and was unable to find any sign of
lptune.

Can anyone give me a better pointer of where to look for it?
