Hi everyone!

Someone told me that the new serial driver routines in 0.99 are set for
hardware handshaking... This might explain the trouble I had with an
Ampex 219 Terminal (XO[n,ff] only)... Getty keeps respawning and all
that, but no login.

Moreover, the Terminal seems to keep CTS up all the time... what can I do
apart from cutting the line? Where can I change the serial driver accordingly?
I might need hardware handshake for a modem, so I don't want to disable it completely.
