Subject: Linux on a PS/2 55 SX?

I have been trying to install Linux on a PS/2 55 SX, but the SLS
distribution (0.98.5-pl49) fdisk does not recognize my 40 MB hard drive.
I have tried /dev/hd{a,b} and /dev/sd{a,b} (although I know it is not
a SCSI drive), to no avail.

Are there any hints, or does linux just not work with this setup?
