I would add: all kinds of hardware device drivers, X, getty, ttys with the
standard distribution. It also supports SVGA color. It also has a whole
bunch of games: tetris, empire, etc. ported to it.

I couldn't agree more. LINUX people turn out to be very generous and helpful.
Even though I do not myself run LINUX, I have asked for received support from
LINUX'ers to my UNIX questions.
