Subject: Mail doesn't work anymore

I just upgraded directly from 0.98p4 to 0.99p2 and gcc 2.2.2d7
to gcc 2.3.3. To my surprise, the mail program in my system
no more works. I traced the cause and found that mktemp() call
in the Emmet Gray-Ed Carp mail program seems to be the source of
segment violation. Any clue about how to fix it? Thanx!
